What is Facial Refelexology
Facial reflexology relaxes your autonomic nervous system which controls all the things your body does without thinking: like your breathing, heart beats, digestion, etc.
When your autonomic nervous system works well, your body works better.
In facial reflexology, small circles are made on specific places of your face with a detector (shown in picture) that correspond with certain organs and zones of the body. Easing the autonomic nervous system in this way optimizes your body functions, helping you to feel good and look good.
